  • 2 sausages (beef, chicken, or your choice)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 small flour tortilla
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter or oil for cooking
  • Optional toppings: salsa, sour cream, or hot sauce

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the sausages. Cook them until they're browned and fully cooked. This typically takes about 10 minutes.

  2. Remove the sausages from the skillet and set them aside. In the same skillet, add butter or oil.

  3. Crack the eggs into the skillet, season with a pinch of salt and pepper, and scramble them with a spatula. Cook until they're no longer runny but still moist.

  4. While the eggs are cooking, warm the tortilla in a separate dry skillet or microwave it for about 15 seconds.

  5. Place the tortilla on a clean surface. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the tortilla.

  6. Once the eggs are done, place them in the center of the tortilla.

  7. Cut the sausages in half lengthwise and place them on top of the eggs.

  8. If you'd like, add your choice of toppings such as salsa, sour cream, or hot sauce.

  9. Roll up the tortilla by folding in the sides and then rolling it tightly from the bottom.

  10. Your delicious sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast burrito is ready to enjoy!
