What we eat have a significant impact on our daily lives.

We also need to be careful about how much food we eat is absorbed by our body as nutrients.

Adding various nutrients to our daily diet is recommended by nutritionists; vitamins, proteins, and minerals, can have long-term health benefits.

In addition to our general physical health, it also contributes to enhance the beauty of our skin and hair.

All fresh foods have a specific nutritional value, and some foods can be classified as 'superfoods.  This is because they provide more nutritional value.

Here are some superfoods that are great for hair growth and can even prevent hair loss.
